Jim began his foodservice career in 1977 after graduating from the University of Arizona and the “Bear Down” nation. Jim spent his early foodservice years in Michigan working for his uncle at The Mincks Company, but in 1988 moved back to the Pacific Northwest where he joined Bill Kelly, and shortly thereafter Kelly-Mincks was formed.
Jim works from the Camas Washington office covering Oregon, SW Washington, and Idaho. Jim has two children, James & Kathleen, and is a proud grandfather of three boys and a girl.
